PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates are subject to change without notice.

2. Passengers must provide their full names, exactly as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $4,000,000 per person toward the total cost of the program. Non-refundable, as this deposit guarantees your spot. Departures July 26, August 9, 23, September 13, 27, November 29, December 6, and January 3: deposit of $5,000,000 per person toward the total program cost. Non-refundable, as this deposit guarantees your spot. Departures on June 7, 14, and July 5: deposit of $6,000,000 per person toward the total program cost. Non-refundable, as this deposit guarantees your spot.

4. Monthly payments prorated based on the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the day the deposit is made and the day the flight tickets are issued, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. Note*** These prices apply to cash or bank transfer payments. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel without entitlement to a full or partial refund.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged; for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Triple occupancy will be arranged by adding a portable extra bed or a sofa bed, as hotels do not typically have rooms with three beds.

2.Triple rooms are available upon request or subject to availability. Alternatively, we can offer a double room plus a single room.

3.The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice depending on guide availability and monument closing days, provided that all scheduled visits are included.

4.Missing a flight will immediately result in the cancellation of all flights included in the same reservation. (no-show)

Effective October 12, 2025, the SES (Entry/Exit System) will come into effect in Europe, applying to all travelers from non-European Union countries, whether or not they hold a visa.

What Should I Know?

• No more passport stamps: everything will be 100% digital.

• Automatic recording of entries, exits, and days spent (maximum 90 days within a 180-day period).

• Biometric data (fingerprints and photo) will be required.

• Possible longer wait times during system startup.

• This process takes place only upon arrival in Europe.

• No forms need to be filled out or paperwork completed before the trip.

5. Flights must be scheduled as follows to ensure proper coordination with the established itinerary:
