PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates are subject to change without notice.

2. Passengers must provide their full names, exactly as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $6,000,000 per person toward the total cost of the program. Non-refundable, as this deposit secures your spot. Non-refundable, as this deposit secures your spot.

4. Monthly payments prorated based on the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. For cancellations made between the day the deposit is paid—the day on which the airline tickets are issued—100% of the deposit will be charged.

7.RATE: Our programs are calculated based on the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the U.S. dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, the passenger will be responsible for covering the difference. Note*** These prices apply to cash or bank transfer payments. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes—which is the airline’s policy—or in hotel taxes, fees, or government levies, even if a partial or full payment has already been made, the passenger must cover this difference in order for the service to be provided.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel the reservation without entitlement to a full or partial refund.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged; for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice depending on guide availability and monument closing days, provided that all scheduled visits are included.

2.Additional PCR tests may be required at each destination; this decision is at the discretion of each government, and Viva Vacations has no influence over these measures

3.Missing a flight will immediately result in the cancellation of all flights included in the same reservation. (no-show)

4.In order to activate the cancellation insurance, once the deposit has been paid, assistance cards will be issued; these cards are non-refundable under any circumstances. If, as an exception, a refund is approved, the retail value of the cards will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued to the cardholder for their use.

5.Passengers arriving within 6 days of departure from or transit through countries at risk of yellow fever transmission who do not have a vaccination certificate are subject to immediate vaccination and a 10-day quarantine. (Expenses are the responsibility of the traveler)

6.Travel between the islands can be by boat, ferry, or speedboat

7. Flights must be scheduled as follows to ensure proper coordination with the established itinerary:

✓ Outbound flight: in the afternoon, departing at 3:15 PM and arriving at 8:00 PM + 1

✓ Return flight: in the afternoon, departing at 4:00 PM and arriving at 3:04 AM
