8. Optional visits or tours whose prices may be described in this program will be offered by our operator and must be purchased at the destination; however, if you decide to participate in any of these activities, we suggest doing so with the same operator and not with another, as the schedule described in the tour may vary as described above. Viva Vacations will not be responsible for services contracted with other companies that may affect the smooth running of the contracted tour.

9. The value of the itineraries has been calculated based on the diversity of currency exchange rates (dollar, euro, yuan, etc.), transportation fares, fuel costs, and applicable taxes and fees on the date our manuals were printed or quotes were prepared. For this reason, they may vary at any time due to the behavior of different currencies. These price variations will be notified to the traveler or travel agency in writing or by any other means, as these differences must be assumed by the traveler.

10. Taxes, fees, and contributions affecting airfares, hotel rates, and other services offered by Viva Vacations are subject to change at any time by decision of the service providers involved in the itineraries or services offered. The values and rates presented in the quotes are subject to change, availability, and the holding of major events at the destinations. Hotel prices or values are subject to their location, category, services, and offers at the time of booking.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1.Rates subject to change without prior notice.

2.Passengers' full names are required, as they appear on their passports.

3. Initial deposit of $5,000,000 per person on the total value of the program. Non-refundable.

4. Proportional monthly payments according to the departure date.

5. Full payment is required 45 days prior to departure. 

6. Cancellations between the day the deposit is made and the day the airline tickets are issued will incur a charge of 100% of the deposit.

7.RATES: Our programs are calculated at the average exchange rate for the current year between the Colombian peso and the US dollar and the euro; in the event of a significant upward fluctuation, this adjustment must be assumed by the passenger. Note*** These prices apply to payments made in cash or by bank transfer. 

8.In the event of an increase in airfare rates and taxes, which is the policy of the airline, and/or hotel taxes, fees, or government contributions, even if partial or full payment has been made, this difference must be paid by the passenger for the provision of the service.

9.In the event of non-payment, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel without entitlement to full or partial refunds.

10.Monthly payments must be made via bank transfer to a Bancolombia checking account.

11.For payments made by credit or debit card, a 4% fee will be charged, and for PSE, Nequi, and QR Bancolombia, a 2% fee will be charged.

6.In order to activate the cancellation insurance, once the deposit has been made, the assistance cards will be issued, which are non-refundable under any circumstances. If, as an exception, a refund is approved, the retail value of the cards will be deducted and they will be delivered to the cardholder for use.
