TERMS OF PAYMENT:

2. Full names of passengers are required, as they appear in the passport.

3. First deposit $ 6.000.000 per person on the total value of the program. Non-refundable. Departure 10 Oct, 07 Nov, 14 Nov, 19 Dec, 09, 16 and 23 Jan, 06 Feb, 13 Feb, 20 Feb deposit $ 7.000.000 per person on the total value of the program. Non-refundable. Departure 05 and 19 Sep, 24 Oct, 05 and 12 Dec deposit $ 8.000.000 per person on the total value of the program. Non refundable.

4.Monthly proportional payments according to departure date.

5.45 days prior to departure full payment is required.

6.Cancellations between the day the deposit is made and the day on which airline tickets are issued, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

7. RATES: Our programs are calculated at an average exchange rate of the year in force between the Colombian peso against the dollar and the euro; in case of a significant upward fluctuation, this adjustment must be assumed by the passenger. Note*** These prices apply for cash or transfer payments.

8. In the event of an increase in the airfare rate and taxes; which is the policy of the airline and/or hotel taxes, governmental fees or contributions, even if there is partial or total payment, this difference must be assumed by the passenger for the provision of the service.

9. In case of default in payments, Viva Vacations reserves the right to cancel without the right to full or partial reimbursement.

10. Monthly payments must be paid via bank transfer to Bancolombia current account.

In case of payment by credit or debit card a 4% fee will be charged, and PSE, Nequi, QR Bancolombia a 2% fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.The order of the itinerary may be changed without prior notice due to availability of guides and closing days of the monuments, always respecting the visits to be made.

2.The loss of a flight will immediately generate the loss of all the flights involved under the same reservation (no-show).

In order to activate the cancellation insurance, once the deposit has been made, the assistance cards will be issued, which are not cancelable under any circumstances. If, as an exception, a refund is approved, the retail value of the cards will be deducted and delivered to the cardholder for his/her use.

4.Domestic flight schedules depend on the confirmed visits and availability.

5.We have the right to change the order of the visits according to the domestic flight schedules.

6.International certificate of yellow fever vaccination, in case of returning or originating travel from an endemic area 6 days before the trip.

7.Malaria vaccine recommended.

Children from 01 to 11 years old have the same value as the triple.
